Amazing App for the Hard of Hearing

RogerVoice
Support for this app should not fall on deaf ears – RogerVoice actually subtitles phone conversations in real time. This is the first app designed to allow the deaf and hard of hearing to verbally engage with their cell phone for the first time.

RogerApp is in the fund-raising phase on KickStarter

The app is defined as "text-speech” and was created due to the demand for the ability to respond to voice calls by text. Indeed (some deaf people cannot express themselves orally). So the guys behind RogerVoice had an idea: To allow a person to respond to a phone conversation by typing! Text gets vocalized using speech synthesis, and the person on the other end of the line hears the response. It’s ingenious.
