BlackBerry's Fighting Back
01 Oct 14

BlackBerry predicts a big turnaround in the months to come, which is optimistic seeing that the cell phone manufacturer has posted a loss of $207 million on $916 billion in revenues over the last three months ending August 30.

BlackBerry’s optimism is largely due to their widely accepted and acclaimed BlackBerry Passport which is already winning the hearts of business customers.

The BlackBerry Passport is unique in design and in features. The square smartphone offer a full QWERTY keyboard, a 30-hour battery, a SIRI-like virtual assistant and voice-recognition.

BlackBerry revealed earlier this month that pre-orders for the Passport are exceeding 200,000. So if you counted the once heroic manufacturer out you might be surprised yet, the tech giant is fighting back.

In fact a BlackBerry executive told Reuters that they want to release at least one unconventional, even wacky device every year. This risk propensity approach might just see BlackBerry become the cool kid on the block once again.
